“Science investigates; religion interprets. Science gives man knowledge, which is power; religion gives man wisdom, which is control. Science deals mainly with facts; religion deals mainly with values. The two are not rivals. They are complementary.”
I think UNI's offensive line is comparable to better than ours, and I honestly think their defensive line is better than ours. I like our skill positions and defensive backfield more though. The question is, does that make a big enough difference?
And yes, I think we would have beaten UNI last week.
We come out strong and have a 17-3 lead going into halftime, but Iowa dominates the third quarter and ties it going into the fourth. We're able to pull things together and win in the end.
Given the way both teams played, who do you think would have won an ISU/UNI matchup last week?
Different defenses. ISU is used to seeing the spread and actually uses more DB's than LB's to cover WR's. Iowa's defense isn't built to take on the spread. We still win.
