At least we still have our integrity!
Jailbirds win the game, but I'm more proud of our team's integrity. And that counts for more.
I have no idea why Arnaud was forcing throws all day long when we were controlling the line of scrimmage. Alexander Robinson was averaging nearly 10 yards per carry in the first half, and Arnaud was pretty close to that as well. So why force the throws down the field when you are running at will?
Keep running it down their throats until they bring guys up to stop it. Then throw it. There was no need whatsoever for Arnaud to force all those throws. He was just trying to make the big play all day instead of taking what was given to him.
I'm still proud of our team. Iowa and their criminals can go home and enjoy another win and get into more trouble in IC. Congrats!

This is an absolutely ridiculous post. Iowa won the game and they deserve the credit. We had a guy arrested last week for OWI so I don't think we should be railing on Iowa about their "jailbird" team.

One guy... for OWI... and he's suspended indefinately. Now that is class.
Iowa has nearly 30 arrests in the last few years.... and tons of one game suspensions. Oh.... and that stud DE on Iowa... you know the one... the guy that assaulted the taxi driver.... he hasn't missed a single game yet. His trial was conveniently moved to mid January. How nice.
Like I said... we lost the game... period. But I'm more proud of our guys. Maybe we could field a better team if we recruited thugs?

.....and you don't know if he had any other internal violations that we might not be know about.
didn't we lose a player earlier in the year for 3 and out alcohol violation? name slips me now.

I might sound like a sore loser, but facts are really hard for Iowa fans to deal with sometimes. I'm not saying anything that isn't true.
Maybe if their head coach didn't just shrug all these arrests off as just something that college kids do, then it wouldn't be such a problem. It all starts there. He doesn't take it seriously at all. So be it. That's his choice.

Integrity (if that's what you want to call it) and 3 points gets you a big fat loss and a blow out on the scoreboard.
I'd take a few more jailbirds and a win. Most on both teams won't graduate anyway unfortunately.

Go ahead and be proud of your win today... your team deserved it. But don't look the other way in regards to what kind of team you support off the field either. Like I said... the truth hurts. I hope KF decides to clean up his program sometime? But I won't hold my breath. Congrats on the win... apparently that's what it's all about.... my bad.
