    There were definitely fewer Hawkeye fans than in previous years, atleast around my seats.

    A lot of people forget that. We only have 43K in actual seats. Therefore, we had 9K on the hills. That's ALOT to be squeezed in there.

    I think Iowa actually gave back part of there alotment, which may have something to do with that. Nice to see that one effect of the increase in price for the Iowa alottment is a greater home field advantage.

    As an aside, I checked the Kent State website and you can get 2 general admission tickets for 10 bucks. That's a steal!

    5-10 miles east of Akron on I-76 (my wife's aunts & cousins live in NE Ohio and I drove by Kent on my way to the Football Hall of Fame)
