This issue really comes down to personal freedom, not medical reports or our opinions. And you either believe in freedom of you don't. Personally, I believe in a free United States of America, where you can eat or drink or smoke whatever you want, as long as you aren't harming anyone else by your actions. Your own body is your own property. It doesn't get any simpler than that, its freedom vs. Gov't control of your life.

Fact: In a free country, there is no such this as a victim-less crime.
So, your argument now is that your side is intelligent, and disagreement is not intelligent?
