I just looked last night and Dish Network has a decent deal right now for new subscribers.

Can you use a DirectTV dish for Dish Network? Do you guys know?

Not sure about the dish thing, but DN came out 2 weeks ago and did a free install for me. I'm a new customer, so they probably will do that for all new customers.

You know what else sucks about this?

Johnny's Hall of Fame here in Des Moines has DirecTV. Where does the Greater Des Moines Cyclone Club hold their gamewatches? You guessed it.

Never thought I'd have to work this hard to find a road game after switching to DirecTV.

We have 12 days to help them resolve this issue. I'd start e-mailing and calling both DirecTV and Comcast (Versus' parent company) to put the pressure on both of them.

We ought to get KU fans involved too.

I just called DirecTV and they said they had no plans about talking to comcast in the near future.

I am just happy it is on tv...I have directv I am sure I can find somewhere to watch it!

I have Dish Network. That is our bye week for football. I couldn't be happier.

These companies aren't non profit organizations. They're in it for the profit. Yes its about the customer, but more importantly the customers money.
