Why? It's done by nearly every fan base leading up to the game of the week. It's more of a tradition than anything.

Exactly what I think everytime I see a look-a-like thread.

It's done by nearly every fan base leading up to the game of the week. It's more of a tradition than anything.

Maybe other fan bases have a better handle on the concept. It would seem that for some, posting a "look-a-like" means grabbing a random picture from the internet and posting it along side a picture of an opposing player...
