In Carroll you could alway's try Bloomers. Im not so sure if they're "cyclone friendly" though.
being originally from Jefferson I can't think of one place that will air the game. At best, maaaaaaaaaaaaaybe Wet Goods but I seriously doubt it.
I would check out Ossy's.
