I'm stuck in a hotel in NYC getting ready for a wedding, and of course the hotel doesn't get Vs. Given the nature of the events, seeking out a nearby bar is unlikely, so my last option (besides streaming up John and Eric) is finding it online. I've seen people mention channelsurfing.net in other threads, but figured there might be others out there in similar kinds of situations. Is there a site that will definitely be carrying a feed or stream of sorts? Thanks for any info.
I checked Channelsurfing.net and its NOT one of the listed games to be streamed. Hopefully, somebody knows another site bc I'm in the same boat as you.

I can't imagine for the life of me why channelsurfing is carrying SE Louisiana v. Texas State. I know we're not a powerhouse, but the 2,000 people on the planet that actually give a **** about that game are going to be there. What a ******* waste.

Last week the K-State game didn't show up on channelsurfing until just before kickoff (it may have even been after kickoff). I checked it about 10 minutes prior to kick and it wasn't there and went to the audio, only to talk to a friend who checked a couple of minutes after kick and he said it was on there. Don't know if the same thing will happen again but there is still hope.

So if none of the above work what's the internet radio situation these days. I've used Yahoo radio before but it doesn't look like they have the game today. I'm in KC and don't want to have to listen to the KU call.
Versus is owned by Comcast cable. This year they decided to start charging providers like DirecTV, Mediacom...etc extra to carry Versus. DirecTV dropped them like a rock.
Is there a local station in Ames/DesMoines carrying the show? I've been looking at wwitv.com in hopes of picking up the game on a local in Kansas or Iowa. Since most DSM stations carry their weather only stream on the listed links, I don't hold out hope.
Versus owns the rights, they are the only station showing it. This is why we need a BTN for the big12.Quote:
