Saturday attendance
I say low 40s...what say you?
I think if this was an afternoon game we are looking at mid to high 40s, but the cool weather (low in the 30s) will keep folks away unfortunately.

Re: Saturday attendance
Are you talking weather or attendance?

Re: Saturday attendance
I actually think it will be decent attendance. Had we of gotten smoked by KU, then it might be lower. But I'm still saying mid-upper 40K. Baylor will have about 10 fans there.
Not to mention its Homecoming.

Re: Saturday attendance
mid-upper 40K only because it'll be cold at night

I think we could get 44k - 45k paid attendance, but around 40k butts. As noted, Baylor will help with about 50 fans.

Re: Saturday attendance
Homecoming will have 50,000.

Re: Saturday attendance
that team to the east that is discussed on occasion in this forum sold out their home stadium on a very chilly night last saturday. Sure it was a big game for iowa, but this game is huge for Cyclones as well... a winnable game for a program that is trying to gain traction with a new coaching staff and a fan base that wants (at least the ones on CF) a bowled-in south end zone. If there aren't 49,000+ in JTS I'll be really disappointed.

I believe that banking institutions are more dangerous to our liberties than standing armies. If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issue of their currency, first by inflation, then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around the banks will deprive the people of all property until their children wake-up homeless on the continent their fathers conquered. Re: Saturday attendance
I will be there.
Hmm last time I went to the Baylor game it was a beautiful fall afternoon with a team full of promise and good players. Baylor had never won a conference game on the road.. it was perfect.
