FYI - Tim Griffin Likes the Clones This Week
Not sure if this is a good or bad thing.... Big 12 predictions, Week 7 - Big 12 - ESPN -
Re: FYI - Tim Griffin Likes the Clones This Week
Iowa State 27, Baylor 24: The winner of this game should see its bowl hopes push ahead. The Cyclones have come close in their last two games, dropping a one-point loss to Kansas State on a blocked extra point and a tight six-point defeat last week to Kansas when a potential game-winning pass slid through the hands of Darius Darks late in the game. This time, the Cyclones will take advantage of their home field against Baylor, which will decide between Nick Florence and Blake Szymanski at quarterback. Something’s got to give as the Cyclones have an 11-game Big 12 losing streak and the Bears have lost 12 straight road games. I think the Cyclones are due to win a game on their home field after their near-misses the last two weeks.
Timmy's up to his old tricks again. Darks never had his hands on that ball.

If he had written "The Cyclones came close but Arnaud overthrew Darius Darks in the endzone" or something like that it makes it sound like the pass wasn't even close.
Ah...if only Darius would've laid out for that one

Look at it this way. Griffin picked us to beat KSU and we lost and then picked us to get plastered by KU and we lost.
So it's a wash. His good/bad luck charm starts over. -

Actually, I just noticed ol' Timmy's overall season record and he's doing quite well. 43-13 (76.8%) overall.

Re: FYI - Tim Griffin Likes the Clones This Week
Griffin liking the Cyclones is usually a very bad sign. I honestly prefer it when he's ******* in our Cheerios- first, we've proven him wrong every time he's done so, second, he usually ends up making himself foolish in the process, usually long before the game, and we get to rip on him for days.

We always lose when he predicts us to win though...

Has nothing to with him, let's go kick some ***** on the field, and get a win.

He also picked us to beat KSU 27-24 -
Re: FYI - Tim Griffin Likes the Clones This Week
On Monday he reported that we lost two games last Saturday. But after checking my sources it turns out we only lost once.
"11. Kansas State: The Cyclones took a huge step backward after getting blown out in a 66-14 loss at Texas Tech"
