To a Mr. Fred Garrin. I was dogging him quite a bit earlier this season and I just want to eat my crow now and get it out of the way. He has been a very pleasant surprise in a position I thought we would more than struggle at. He always seems to be in good position defensively, tackles with aggression, and takes a good path to the football. He also is very well spoken as I came away more than impressed after his post game Kansas interview.

I have actually been surprised by our whole LB unit. They have been playing much better than I thought they were capable of. I'll attribute a lot of that to Wally.

Love Wally, got to give him a lot of rep for the improvement there and even in the whole defense.

Our LBs have been very solid. Jesse and Fred are the two leaders of that D. We will miss them alot next year.
