Re: Nebraska an 18-Point Favorite Over ISU
Tech didn't run much but when they did they did have success running right at Suh. He's so fast he often ran by the play.
IMO, a good way to run on them is run right at Suh...

I guessed 17 last night.
If I had a gun to my head I would take Nebraska

Seems like a large spread to me, but if both AA and ARob are not healthy come game day I think that spread is spot on.

Green was thrown in at the end of the game and had to force things because we were playing from WAY behind. Of course he is going to make those mistakes when the game is going like that.
Green is a much bigger threat to run the ball than is Lee and i would argue he is a better passer...he just has an awkward throwing motion.
I would take green over Lee anyday...

Re: Nebraska an 18-Point Favorite Over ISU
Definitely seems high. I was thinking it'd be somewhere in the 11-13 pt range.
Unfortunately, however, when I am most confident on ISU beating the points it seems we never do. (i.e. Iowa game this year)

Re: Nebraska an 18-Point Favorite Over ISU
I am leery if they put in a new QB. Why? ISU has way to much history, no matter who the players or coaches are of helping other teams set records or providing the opportunities for unknown backups to have their debuts. (see Chase Daniels and others).]
We should be going in to Lincoln and there is not reason we cannot expect to be competitive. I just do not want to change the karma we are now enjoying!!!

Re: Nebraska an 18-Point Favorite Over ISU
i decided the spread should be 13 before this came out. so i just dropped 500 thousand credits on this sucker. 13 is the correct spread.

Re: Nebraska an 18-Point Favorite Over ISU
Unless A-Rob is healthy I might be picking against the clones against the spread for a while. This team looks totally different without Robinson IMO. Offensive MVP without a doubt for me.
It seems like a big spread to me. I'm inclined to want the points.
