    Recruiting Ramifications

    So much for "turning the corner in 2012".

    A whole new class of recruits is going to take notice of this win, and others like it, as CPR is gaining credibility with every moment. And the better of the recruits out there already interested are going to take Iowa State more seriously.

    Frankly, right now I kinda wish we still had about twenty schollies left to give, I think CPR will see a windfall if he keeps this up.

    I really think it will have more ramifications for next year. I think a 7 win season and bowl game will get us in on some better recruits for the 2011 season. Once we get in on them, if we can show something early in the season next year we will have good recruits lined up at the door.

    Hopefully both those stud LB's commit to us. Seeing as how we lose our LB's, they could see a lot of playing time, and also how much fun it is to play LB in CPR and Wally's system.

    Great win today, and a good way to showcase the ISU defense.
