I was moved by the fact that he had to take a knee when he was going out to midfield to regain his composure, and give thanks. It may have been one of the best moments I've seen as a Cyclone fan.

Let's not forget Dan McCarney. He deserves a little bit of recognition today too. CPR on his staff before, nugding Wally to take the job.

I agreed with the firing, but I also know that Dan made ISU football matter again.
