I have to say I'm not a fan of that quote... hopefully it's out of context.

I think its out of context. Right before he said that quote, it was this, "What’s also right is the Cyclones are one win from reaching bowl eligibility for the first time since 2005."
So, I think he was referring to reaching our bowl eligibility. (on a side note: can somebody find me a word with more "i"s than "eligibility!?!)
