Why would A&M vs. Colorado ever be considered before ISU vs. OK State?

If we win this weekend... no chance in hell it would.

If ISU/A&M isn't going to be broadcast, I can't imagine how that game would.

Aside, after A&M thumped Tech, and ISU knocks off NU. Wonder if there's a little regret for NOT picking up the ISU/A&M game?

Yes it is. But they are the #2/3 team in the country.

And Texas is going to get a Big XII tv spot if they're playing an intersquad scrimmage during a bye week ...

It certainly would be more competitive.

Have to think OU/NU is almost a lock for that slot.

My guess is ABC is going to use a prime time game and a 2:30 game. I expect both NU and OU to win this weekend, so they will prob utilize the prime time window. I expect both KSU and KU to lose this weekend, so they will prob take the VERSUS slot. My guess is ISU gets the 2:30 slot.

Now if both ISU and OSU win this weekend, ISU could have a prime time game!

I want it early like 11 because i have a wedding to go to and would prefer to actually see the game.

I know a lot of people here are upset that the A&M game is not being televised, but i think everyone is forgetting that TV times are set 2 weeks in advance. When the ISU VS A&M game was announced, no one would have reasonably expected us to beat nebraska or A&M to beat TECH both away games giving both teams momentum going in to this week.

Having said that, the Okie state ISU game was televised last year regionally on ABC. ABC in Iowa decided to pick up the Iowa game that week last year instead of ours. It is very possible we could end up on ABC.

If the game is on ABC, they could play it at 10:00 PM for all I care. Thats some great exposure for our team.

I agree that we need better TV coverage as a conference as a whole, but this is how it is for now.

This means we should really hope for wins from both the Cyclones and Cowboys this week. They are clearly waiting to see how this week's games unfold. I really want that primetime slot.
