Did I hear the Cyclone Power chant at the end of the game?

Can anybody confirm?

I may have been hallucinating from being so extremely happy, but did I hear it?

If so, how cool is that? I would NEVER think that'd I'd get the pure joy of hearing that chant in Memorial Stadium.

You guys might have. I do know what the fans in Lincoln do a similar "Husker Power" as well.

I doubt they were chanting Husker Power while we were downing the ball to win it though!

Although I wouldn't put it past some Husker fans...

How about, "not likely"?

From all the highlights I saw we had a pretty good prescence in Lincoln so hearing "Cyclone Power" would not be all that surprising.

A fairly large group in the NE corner were doing a little Cyclone Power. It would be great to think you heard us on the radio, but it is probably wishful thinking...

I know that they began the Husker Power chant right before the 8th turnover. I'm not saying I'd be surprised. Just pointing out the fact that the two chants sound alike.

I can confirm however that their were no Husker chants while the Clones were downing the football.

Don't know if it makes a difference, but I watched on TV.

And you'd be amazed at what you can hear when Husker fans are so quiet you could hear a pin drop.

You may have heard the Cyclone Power Chant. In fact you probably did.

The self appointed classiest fans in all of college athletics, are quick and proud to point to the fact that they cheer for the opponent when they leave the field. I am sure what you heard is all the Nebraska fans saluting the Cyclones as they left the field by serenading them with Cyclone - Power!.
