    Just saw on the WHO news that ARob was practicing today but not Arnaud.

    Good point as there is a mandatory day off each week. Although I'm assuming that there is an exception for players who need to come in for treatment from the training staff. A-Rob surely needs all of the treatment that he can get while Austen probably just needs more healing time.

    I dont know what the set schedule is these days....but I would assume its been as always.Even way back when I played ...Mondays were not a scheduled practice but most guys showed up to lift,run,play catch,watch film,do footwork drills,ect... Whatever they(and coaches) felt they needed.
