Re: 10-27 Cyclone Links
I know there were a couple videos from youtube posted in the last few days besides the obvious one with the postgame celebration.... Do you know which ones they were?

Re: 10-27 Cyclone Links
Some people are saying that a lot of bloggers and people in the media (outside of the state) are talking about the aftergame locker video, and how they loved it. If anyone finds such a website, please link it. I'd love to see what people are saying.

Re: 10-27 Cyclone Links
The way i was taught how to block on FG/Xtra points is when the ball is snapped take one step with your inside foot to close the gap and get your shoulder as low as you can. So you wither take them out at the knee and/or they have to brace themselves and cant get their hands up to block.
Last week on the FG block, it looked like they didnt close their gaps, which were pretty large to begin with. They might need to have a cadence so the OL will know when the snap is coming so there arent any delays in blocking

Re: 10-27 Cyclone Links
all this positive ISU news over the past week is making me nervous. i guess i have been trained to expect disappointment, and can't believe all this good news continues w/o the inevitable crash. is anyone else having similar issues completely embracing the good fortune?

Bruns analysis on the blocked PATs/FGs was excellent.

Re: 10-27 Cyclone Links
Bruns post in June about the team really was spot on now that we can look back in retrospect. Good stuff!
