I did not get to meet them, in fact saw very few OSU fans at all. I tried to keep my eyes open for them but to no avail. I hope they enjoyed their trip and obviously the huge blowout win.

our tailgate got to see a OSU fan on a bike get run down on 16th in front of Vet Med...

taking the rivalry a little far with vehicular homicide... save that for Iowa week.

(for real, hope the guy is ok, heard he was taken away by ambulance)

I saw an ambulance around that area from the G7 lot. Obviously my first thought was something alcohol related and certainly far from a man getting hit by a car. Hopefully he pulls through.

I was minutes late from actually witnessing it ... said the bike came down the hill at the intersection of 16th and Stentson (sp?) and the car hit him going pretty fast.

they said the biker got up, then fell down and was taken away quickly (must've bad an ambulence pretty close by?)

definately was wearing orange ... nothing like hitting a biker wearing blaze orange on a sunny day in the middle of a crowded tailgating area ...

Hi all! I must say, we had a GREAT time in Ames and can't wait to go back!

You all are some of the nicest fans in the Big 12! Super-nice people....we went out Friday night to Headliners/Outlaws and had a BLAST! Saturday we tailgated and everyone around us was so nice! Your campus and the state of Iowa is absolutely gorgeous and all the lil' farm houses were so neat and clean! And the weather.....was just superb! Your cops though...not to nice! Got a speeding ticket on the way home yesterday! lol.....but probably deserved it, I was speeding

Again, thanks for all your suggestions.....we hit a lot of great restaurants and bars and overall had a blast!

Hope you all make the trip to Stillwater in the near future for the game....we would love to show you all a great time!

Glad you had a great time! I also ran into quite a few OSU fans and talked with some, they all seemed really nice and were enjoying themselves.

You should head back up Feb 17th when you make a visit to Hilton Coliseum for some basketball!

Just wondering where they saw these...? BTW, we had a nice-looking OSU fan at our tailgate. He came with ISU fans and we let him stay.
