With our running backs at full strength, and the OL back in tact, it should be a big day for our running backs. It will be interesting to see if ARob goes all the way or others see PT. I'm hoping ARob is near 100% again. That would be a real boost.
Coach Rhoads has really shut down the channels to inside info. This has to be the least amount of info coming out of practice since I start visiting this site. I wonder how Bo's practices went this week? Your right, a healthy Arob is really good for us and a healthy AA is even better. Is Arob still leading rushing in the big 12 after all of the time missed?
The grass always looks greener, on the other side of the fence, but the dog over there might be meaner, on the other side of the fence… Stay in your own yard, play in your own yard!
I truely hope it works out in our favor and we prevail. Our strength is running the ball, but their d strength is stopping the run. Plus they are coming off a defeat that will have them angered and wanting to rebound quickly. The key for us IMHO is to get those 3rd down conversions, stay on the field and just keep plugging away. If it has to be done with 4 yards at a time then so be it. Keeping their pass happy offense off the field is key.
