Re: Another commit, George
Wow, nice get! I'm not sure I could be anymore excited about how this class is shaping up...seriously, when was the last time ISU had this many quality recruits on board this early in the season?

Re: Another commit, George
Man he had a lot of offers and some pretty good ones.

Re: Another commit, George
Looks like solid OLB.
I like the trend of recruiting speed.

Excessive intake of alcohol, we all know, kills brain cells, but naturally it attacks the slowest and weakest brain cells first. In this way regular consumption of beer eliminates the weaker brain cells, making the brain a faster and more efficient machine. That's why you always feel smarter after a few beers. -

Innocent question. Is 5" 10" short for a line backer?
Dang he looks like a bull...

Re: Another commit, George
He looks pretty tenacious and fast from his video.
I think it was a blessing that Michigan didn't offer. Too bad, so sad for them and hooray Cyclones!

Dang he looks like a bull... Well, it's certainly not tall... but 5'10" as a linebacker isn't too important. Athleticism, strength, speed, and football IQ are.

Re: Another commit, George
When we look back at this recruiting class we're going to say that the Baylor homecoming game was the single most successful recruiting effort vs. reward in the history of Cyclone athletics.
I don't know what the coaches said or did to persuade these guys, but something happened that weekend that completely sold them on the cardinal and gold. It seems we've picked up a verbal from darn near every guy that was in attendance. Amazing.

I would say the atmosphere played a large role.
NHL teams need to be added to the favorite teams section. -
