We have played a lot of that this year and I think Burnham has that "deathbacker" guy in Floyd Mattison. Some has said he will be a safety, but if he adds 20 lbs, I htink he would fit that combo role nicely. He could be very flexible.

    Or so I have read.

His brother Derek, 6'8 300, absolutely blew up one of the AC defenders. When you were watching, it was almost like you felt bad for the AC kid because he could do nothing about it. Hope the staff is working hard on getting Derek to ISU too. He'll have everyone after him next year.
Tom sounds like a good get. You can bet the staff is looking at Derek too.

Caspers is expected to start or I don't think he would have gotten the offer. Another quality starter like Caspers will really help the line next year. It will allow the younger guys in the program another year to get reps and be even better in 2 years.

Hopefully next years O-line wont take too many steps back without Reggie with Caspers coming in.
