Working on a column, need your opinion

If Iowa State were to play Navy in Houston, who would be the favorite?

I would say Navy but probably by less than 3 points. Pretty much a toss up.

Navy, I just think that vegas would see them as the favorite not that i think they are better than us.

With the way our offense is playing right now, it has to be Navy.

Vegas would favor Navy, my guess by anywhere between 2.5 and 4.5 points.

BUT I think that would be a good matchup for us ... our lack of pass rush would not be a factor and I don't think they would overwhelm us with speed ... granted, there would be other challenges to playing Navy, but I would welcome that game compared to some other possibilities

If TCU would be favored over Cincy I would have to think Navy would be favored over ISU

Plus we've got the benefit of playing Army, with a similar offense, this season. Our guys would have already seen and practiced against it.

jk. there are a lot of people good at picking such things. Just wouldnt always know it to look at bookie!

I confess I would have no basis for picking on that one. I would have said Navy only because I know they beat ND and that alone is a better win than any we have.
