Alexander does 80% of his work over the middle. His big receptions have mostly been 15-20 yard catches over the middle and then he breaks a couple tackles and then runs away from everyone. The KSU 80yd TD catch, there were 3 KSU DBs who had the angle on him and he still got past them. He looks slow as molasses but somehow never gets caught.
On the flip side, you cant just worry about the middle of the field, he has a 46" vertical to go with his 6'5" frame so he is very effective on the sidelines and back of the endzone. That also makes him a bigger deep threat because Gabbert can just throw it up for grabs and he can go up to get it.
You will have no problems containing him, though. This MU team isn't good enough.
That sounds like Jesse Smith Territory. He better be tough as rain because Jesse will bring it.
CFH HMagic bball season.
Let my fred's Four Horsemen ride.
With reason. The guy is a flat out stud. Just watch the ISU vs Mizzou highlights from last year. We were nowhere close to their WRs on most plays. Now we are a lot better this year and they aren't quite as good.
I will just be hyped for the bowl game even more if we can find some way to keep the ball out of their hands.
