StiffArmTrophy.com: projecting the winner of the most outstanding football player trophy since 2002
I'm pulling for Suh. Colt and Tebow don't deserve it. I bet Ingram will get it.
FYI, I'm working on finding some real odds for this for a bookie event, but I haven't seen anything from either of the two normal betting sites I use.
ESPN just had a stat that Suh lead the team in tackles at 82..... A d-lineman to do that is unreal
There have been quite a few dominant DTs, but probably been a few years since someone like Suh has come along. I can think of quite a few better all-around FB players than Gino Torretta, Troy Smith and so on. The award has become a joke IMO. I think Suh has a bigger impact on the game than any of the other players listed. He makes the rest of the NU defense better and is very disruptive. He beat up on a 1st team all american center from Texas the other night.
I have never seen a player dominate a game from the defensive side of the ball like Suh. If he doesn't get it the award is a joke. Oh wait...it is. He should get it, but he won't.
Spiller should have made it over Tebow......
My vote (if I had one)
Spiller got snubbed. Tebow got there because he's worshiped by ESPN.
This is strange to see us Cyclones pulling for a Husker....
But I must agree, Suh is hands down the best player.
