vs Northwestern in the Outback Bowl.

I'm sure Gene would just take credit for building a foundation. He already said earlier this season that he is not surprised by our success this year because of what they were starting under him.

Chizik likes to take credit for the things he has or has not done. Its typical with the kind of man he is.

When we beat Nebraska, he gave a half-hearted congrats so he wouldn't look like a jerk. I'd assume it'd be a lot like that.

HILLCYD had it right, however. Chizik has the Outback Bowl to worry about instead worrying about saying something -- good or bad -- about ISU making it to a bowl.
