I am heading to Tempe for my first ever bowl game. I have heard there is a pep rally and wanted to know if anyone knows where or when the pep rally is? Also not counting the game, is there anything else a cyclone fan should make sure to do while in Tempe for the game.
I was also interested to see if anything was going on down there like this. I know that Paul Clark is having something on the night of the 29th but was wondering if there was anything going on the 30th?

Not really in Tempe but the Suns play the Grizzlies on the 2nd.. I am looking possibly going to that... Also if you have not noticed after the game there will be a huge block party on Mill Ave.. you wont be able to miss it.. Also on Sunday the Packers will be in town to play the Cardinals.. so worst case go to the bars and watch some NBA or NFL or both
Iowa State: Anyone who's a true college basketball fan needs to see a game at Hilton Coliseum. Nice is in the DNA of Iowans and the fans here are particularly gracious -- even when the home team loses but gives a great effort, they are appreciative.
ESPN.com picked Hilton Coliseum as the "Hot Arena" in the Big 12...coaches in the league noted that, "regardless of talent, the Cyclones have a home court like no other."

no Debbie Downer...it was really due to rain (and cold). There were plenty of us flooding the bars that night.
