    Since Sun Devil Stadium is on state property, it does fall under the Arizona Board of Regents authority. According to this link, there are provisions for beer sales. I am assuming there will be permits acquired and beer sales available for this event.

    this was the rule at the Kansas vs Missouri game and some places quit selling right at half time......FYI go before halftime to refill
