I personally feel the Cinci job would be either a latteral move or even a step down. Just my opinion, but I think he's got a better gig coaching at ISU in the B12.

Me too.

If you were the Cincinnati AD surveying the college landscape, wanting to find a coach with no skeletons in the closet, with previous big-program experience and success, who can recruit, who has head-coach experience and success, who can take over an team recruited to run the spread, who is defensive-mnded, PR is one of the handful qualified. My opinion is that, despite Cincy's recent success, it would be a step down.
