Looks like Schwartz will be transfering down a class. The article states that he visited Liberty over the break.
I wish him well. Hope that he can be successful where ever he ends up. He will always be a cyclone in my book.

He's physically ready to play so sitting out a year wouldn't help him much anyway. Good for him.

I still hate to see the kid leave, even though everyone knows he doesn't fit this system.
Doesn't sound like it is a done deal. But probably is the way he is leaning.
I agree with Rhoads' decision of including Schwartz with the Bowl entourage and as a member of the team. Schwartz fulfilled his obligations and served the Cyclones well. He played pretty well against the Huskers. I am sad to see him go, but at the same time I understand his desire to play at a program that can better utilize the skills that he has within their system.
This is the way you transfer. I hold nothing against the guy, he was a great Cyclone and I will never forget his day at Nebraska.... ever.
