NFL Network on Dish Network

Heads up to anyone with Dish Network. I went on yesterday to set up my DVR to record the Insight Bowl and I was surprised to find that I no longer have NFL Network as part of my package. I have the bronze package and had to upgrade to the silver this morning so I could get the game. Versus is also gone. It was quick to get the upgrade, but it would have sucked if it was game time when I discovered this.

I think its been like that for awhile hasnt it? I have always had silver and looked to go to bronze several times in the past to save cash but didnt for this reason.

NFL network had a free preview to bronze from november to dec 25. Maybe thats what you were getting.

The game is on what channel in DSM area, again? Fox?

I agree, it's been that way for quite a while. I also looked to downgrade to bronze to save a few dollars and did not because I didn't want to lose the NFL Network and, even moreso, the Red Zone channel.

just set the DVR, thanks for the reminder. Does anyone else just need it to be 5pm on thursday RIGHT NOW!!! the anxiety is taking a toll on my ability to function at work!! cold sweats, lock jaw, loss of bowel control!!!!!!! bahahahahahaha.........................

Ya, same here. Having a few people over to the house snce they don't get NFL Network and was making double sure I got it. Just upgraded to the multi sports pack and will probbly scale back down after the new year, so it'll only really cost me about $1 for the game.
