leach and the AD already hated each other anyway. what happens if leach's lawyers prove he was wrongfully fired, they then owe him too much to pay back and boosters hang the AD high and dry?
i realize the probability is low to zero, but it seems like NOBODY is talking replacements and that seems weird to me.
I hope he goes back. Im in love with Texas Techs offense system and i dont want them to lose it.
If Leach wins the lawsuit doesn't Tech have to up hold the contract and pay him like the contract says? If Tech does have to pay him, then they may do it just like they always did, pay him each year until his contract is up. if he finds another job, then Tech pays the difference between his new job and his contract at Tech. It wouldn't surprise me if Leach finds another job and gets paid only 1 dollar a year until his tech contract is up, he deems like that kinda guy to stick it to them.

The Tech AD will have to be run out of town if there's ever to be a chance that Leach returns, but even if that happens he may still never return.
Where does baby James end up? The kid has to have enough pride and self-respect (unless you believe the reports) to transfer his sorry arse to another institution.
There is a possibility of him to go back to Texas Tech...about a slim to none chance. More to none
