Reggie Stephens, 2nd best center in the draft?
Opened up my Sporting News and on page 11 Russ Lande, SN draft expert, has Reggie listed as the 2nd best center in the draft. Granted it's one mans opinion, but how is he not invited to the combine?

Yes, that's what I have seen but I think that Center is a tough spot to project into the draft. A lot of teams will move guards to center at times so it just makes it difficult to place him overall. I do think he will have a great career.

Or so I have read. -

Reggie was a stud. Should have a good career in the NFL.

NFLDraftCountdown as him as #10 Guard Draft Countdown - 2010 NFL Draft | Offensive Guard Rankings
They also have Mike Brandtner as #2 punter.

Reggie's situation illustrates perfectly how much of a crapshoot this can be.
He is playing guard in the East-West game because apparently that spot gives him the best chance to make it to the NFL. It is somewhat of a shame because he certainly has the intelligence to be a good center.

An example of what I'm referring to would be the fumbled hand off exchange between Austen and A-Rob in the bowl game. It all started with an off-target snap.

It could be an issue or on the flip side he might not have mastered the direct snap to the QB under center as our offense rarely (read: Nebraska stacked agaisnt the goal line) used it.
