So can I assume that coaches can talk about players by name once their LOIs are signed, or do they have to wait until the players arrive on campus?

CPR will likely have a press conference tonight where he'll discuss each on by name, if I remember correctly.

Thanks, I was wondering if CPR would do something like that and talk about how each signee fits in the "Master Plan"
