Depending on who you believe, construction might start as soon as this fall (there has been some evidence out there) , as late as never (some believe as long as every patch of grass on the hills isnt full, we dont need to expand).

This. If we go 0-12 next year and a donor steps up the expansion will happen. Winning sure would help nudge a potential donor though!
