would the possible restructuring of the different conferences be as big of a deal? Also did the BCS create this problem by making college football more about money(with the whole bowl system that we have, compared with a more equal tournament system) and less about competition and the thrill of competitive athletics?

Disclaimer, I rarely post and enjoy reading what everyone has to say. This is just an honest question that I have and am not trying to blame anyone. What I am trying to do is get some honest opinions from people that probably know a whole lot more than me.
