Re: Football Seating Assignments
Got mine, same as last year so I may have to cancel them. Great seats when we can sit in them. The guy and gal next to us are both lineman size so we usually can't sit in one of them - even with the stadium cushions. Been going on for two years and the ticket office won't move us.

There seams to be a lot of those complaints. I think we need a "Husky" section with extra wide seats.

You should get there early and take your seat (all of it) that you paid for. Screw them if they can't fit. It's not your fault they are overweight.
Happened to me once on a plane. I was next to probably a 400 pound man and he was so huge I couldn't use my seat belt or get my tray down. Finally I rested my tray on his gut I kid you not. I was too nice to ask to be moved as the flight wasn't terribly long (San Jaun to Miami) but next time I'll ask to move.

Re: Football Seating Assignments
Easy on all of us "Husky" people.
I just got mine yesterday. I'm new to the west side of the stadium since its my first year in the NCC. My wife and I upgraded from Endzone tics last year and brought a friend so we have three seats in Sect 11 row 32 (i think) seats 13-15.
How many rows are in the bottom bowl? and how many seats are in each row? Just trying to figure out if we are near the ends or in the middle etc.
Also when do we find out about parking assignments. First year buying a parking pass as well so I'm all sorts of new at this.
Thanks!!

We had the same problem last year. I think the people next to us were sneaking in their Lil Clone Club 10 year old that had no seat. Or else they just couldn't fit. The lady had an *** that was at least 3 axe handles wide. She literally sat on half of our padded seat and would move on to my padded seat when I left to go to bathroom or concessions.
I have decided I will politely ask them to NOT sit on my paid for seat or on my lap. And if I must, I will ask the Stadium Seating personnel to resolve the issue. I am husky enough myself, and need my whole seat. But if I need more room, I will have to overflow on those in my group rather than others. And they should do the same. Plenty of room on the hillsides.

I live in a house divided, so the only solution is to have season tickets to both Iowa and ISU football. I can tell you, ISU's seating is luxurious compared to Iowa's. The seats are much smaller at Iowa, and there is no leg room so you have your knees jammed into the back of the person in front of you and the knees of the person behind you jammed into your own back (or, in my case, the child sitting on the lap of the person behind you kicking your back the whole game). Although it is sometimes tight at Trice, it is such a relief after sitting in those awful Kinnick seats.

We had this probably a couple years ago. My wife now demands seat cushions only to designate "her" seat, even though the people have moved. One game she had her sweater tied around her waste, at halftime she tried to get up but husky was sitting on part of her sweater. The sweater didnt slip out from under husky and it snapped back down into her seat, she politely tried to pull it out from Jabba but he did feel a thing.

We have season tickets to both and CycloneinMN describes it very well. We have NOTHING to complain about at JTS.

The best option for this is to pay for the seatbacks. Then you can be guaranteed your xxx inches of seating.
