Who cares about the "state of Iowa", it's every institution for themselves!

Experience it? Dude its a freaking gas station
I think that QT's are better, but I don't have one on my daily commute (Beaverdale to Ingersoll). However, there are 2 Kum and Go's in that stretch.
The Krauses might be Hawk fans, but I think that K&G also gives money to ISU, and the company doesn't publicly promote the Hawks over the Clones. I have no problem doing business there. As someone else said, it's not like it's the Front Row.
Most the doctors in this State went to Iowa as well.
HEY EVERYONE! JOIN ME IN MY BAN OF HEALTH CARE!
I go to the gas station that is most convenient at the time. With that said, when I lived in IC, there was no such thing as a convenient. They are strategically placed in high-density areas that end up causing mass traffic confusion, especially when the new freshman class arrives.
Bill Krause might be a great guy, but his son Kevin is a jack***. He has successfully run a few Iowa pro sports teams into the ground and I worked for him while he ran the QC Riverbandits/Swing of the Quad Cities. He's a complete d-bag and treated everyone like dirt. He was also the mascot when he went to U of Iowa and was the one who got ran over at the Rose Bowl back in the day.
However, his two daughters are HOT!!! and they were fun to be around that summer.
You can't beat the $0.59 fountain drinks.
Boycott the morons that speak out against the clones in a rude manner. Dont boycott someone just because they are a grad from UI. They contribute to the Iowa economy which in turn helps everyone.
I do prefer the local QuikTrip. Super clean stores, great employees. And boycotting your local BP store has no impact on the corporation as a whole, it just screws over the local gas station owner.
