Wow, what a highlight video. You just don't see qb's with that kind of poise and polish as a junior. Smooth, accurate, and elusive. He really looks like he's got everything Herman could want in a qb and we just might have a future Cyclone great.

Hell yes, Herman is going to work this guy into a machine. From his highlight video this kid can already make college throws. I am impressed.

Agree with this at least from what he showed in the highlights. He appears to be able to make all of the plays that Herman wants to see in a QB - good pocket presence, able to throw on the run, good release on the deep ball, accurate on short throws, arm strength for out routes, able to run the zone read, etc.

What you can't determine by tape are the intangibles such as leadership, decision making, toughness, etc. The staff seems to be demonstrating the ability to make the right calls in these areas so I have to assume that they are satisfied if he is their top target.
