I'll be at home in Illinois, watching the game on tv, with a beer in my hand, ****** at the world that I couldn't make the home opener for the 2nd straight year.
Sitting on my couch in Mason City, wearing my AA jersey and screaming all night. Going to bed with sweet dreams after we crush the Huskies.
Class. Tailgate. Student Section. Tailgate.
Sitting in my apartment in Tulsa listening to the game on internet radio. Or driving down to Bdubs and demanding that they put it on the big screen.
I'll have been tailgating for 1 hour and 49 minutes.
arrive @ stadium around 3 to get Cy ready for a new season and then standing in the NorthEast Corner of the field by the endzone watching with my fieldpass
i have a class from 3:40-5 that night. But i have from 2:00-3:40 off. Should i get started drinking early? Or is this not academically acceptable?
thank you CFers
Tailgate then to seats in second 18 row 20
This is absolutely acceptable.. Its a gameday after all.. If your professor is smart he/she will let you out plenty early anyway. I had a few that realized none of the students head was in the class anyways so cancelled class.
I remember going to the classes that didn't cancel in the early afternoon with a liter of Pepsi (burned with Admiral). Sipping on that during class and watching the clock wishing I was tailgating. THIS is probably not acceptable/legal but thats what happens when your young and dumb.
