Stay away rain!!
Brian has jinxed us. It will rain or snow for sure now.
80 and chance of rain on KCCI
NEVER use weather.com. It's always weather.gov.
As for the rain chance Thursday, yes there is one, but it looks like it will be in the morning, mostly before sunrise and well out of the area by noon. So, it's looking dry for the tailgate and game!Quote:

As for temperature, i'll say the upper 70s at game-time. Humidity should be crashing too, so pretty comfortable.
(It's the only game I can make this year so it better not be raining!)
I went to ISU, you can trust me... I'm an atmospheric engineer!
This is about what I am thinking. Should be a great evening. Only real hitch will be Hurricane Earl approaching the east coast around the same time and could slow the rain down from Tuesday and Wednesday.
Right now I think the trough/cold front looks strong enough that it will push through and help drive the hurricane out to sea and clear all the rain from Iowa by at least mid-morning Thursday.
I always use weather.com. SO there.Quote:

accuweather is better than weather.com IMO
Snow would make it memorable.
So i hear maybe some rain in the moring and maybe afternoon, but should be ready to go by game time?
That still looks to be on track, may be a bit windy out of the NW. Around Mid/Upper 70s will be a great evening. May just have to skip out of work early to tag along with the fiancee to make kickoff.
Keep your eye on Hurricane Earl, if the track were to change some to a landfall in N. Carolina or the N/S Carolina border, that would likely imply the cold front/trough has stalled and would mean a wet evening. So far though, that possibility seems remote.
