Re: Big 12 Lines
Middle Tenn St will be without their star QB or they would be favored by 10.
Yes, Middle Tenn St is a good team.
Looking for value picks, I like OU to cover the 28.

Re: Big 12 Lines
If I were a betting man I would take SMU and the 14 points. June Jones had SMU 8-5 last year with a bowl win over Nevada. Between June Jones getting things going in the right direction and TTU with a new coaching staff and the very first game for that coaching staff I think this will be a close game and maybe an upset - or I could put the bottle of glue down.

Looking for value picks, I like OU to cover the 28. They had a nice record last year, but they lost to both their BCS opponents by a combined score of 20-64. For their level of football they are good, for the level that Minnesota is supposed to be at, they should get clobbered.

I'm with you. I personally think that Tech is going to struggle at times this year. I'm really glad that we get them earlier in the season because I'm thinking that could be a victory.

Fortunately for the Blue Raiders, Minnesota blows.

Re: Big 12 Lines
Both Minnesota and Illinois will be really, really bad this year IMO.

Re: Big 12 Lines
Yeah SMU + 14. I kinda like that one, BUT dont know what they return this year.
I think it one point Mizzou was a 14 point favorite as well. If its down to under 12, that sounds safer.
Stuff looks good until you do a little research.

On a side note, we have a lot of Big 12 teams playing other BCS or at least FBS teams for opening weekend this year.
