Cyclones Fall 76-64 To Texas Tech

LUBBOCK, Texas – Texas Tech used 15-4 run late in the second half to upend Iowa State, 76-64, Saturday afternoon at United Spirit Arena.

The Cyclones (14-13, 4-8) were unable to contain the Texas Tech duo of Martin Zeno and Alan Voskuil, who finished with 23 and 21 points, respectively. The Cyclones out shot Texas Tech, 44.8 percent to 42.9 percent, but the Red Raiders were 20-for-27 from the free throw line compared to just 4-for-9 for Iowa State.

Wow, the wheels must have fallen off the bus at the end of that one. It sounded like the clones were right in it with 3 minutes left. I can't believe they lost by 12.

Drake has Emmenecher, Young, Jordan. Nebraska has Marek and Harley. Okie State has Eaton. We have no one. That is why we lost and they won.
