AMES, Iowa – Iowa State went on a 9-0 run to open the second half en route to defeating Kansas, 51-42, Saturday afternoon at Hilton Coliseum. Alison Lacey scored 13 second-half points, while Jocelyn Anderson chipped in eight in the final 20 minutes to spark the Cyclones to the victory.
