AMES, Iowa – The Iowa State gymnastics team continued its string of strong performances, putting up a score of 194.425 against Minnesota, their second highest score of the season. But it wasn’t enough to beat the Gophers Sunday as Minnesota posted a 194.950 to take home the win.
Nikki Dilbert earned the “Marie-Rae Sopper Outstanding Performance Award” for the Cyclones, which goes to the
ISU gymnast whose performance captivated and inspired coaches, teammates and fans. Dilbert placed first on both the bars and floor to lead the Cyclones.
