AMES, Iowa - The Iowa State softball team will open its home slate with a doubleheader against Western Illinois on Tuesday at the Southwest Athletic Complex. The Cyclones will then travel to Cedar Falls to play a twin-bill against Northern Iowa on Wednesday. First pitch for Tuesday's games is slated for 2 p.m.
