AMES, Iowa - Iowa State goes on the road to face Big 12 foe Texas Tech this weekend after a five-game home stand. The Cyclones and Red Raiders will play Saturday (2 p.m.) and Sunday (noon) at Rocky Johnson Field in Lubbock.

- ISU (26-23, 3-10 Big 12) takes to the road for a Big 12 series at Texas Tech (18-33, 5-9) following a five-game homestand.
- The Cyclones struggled Wednesday, dropping a doubleheader to Missouri as it closed out its home slate at the Southwest Athletic Complex. ISU finished the season 4-10 at home.
- Against the Tigers, ISU managed just six hits in the doubleheader while Missouri had 26 in 12-1 and 6-0 wins. Amanda Renth finished 5-for-7 with five RBI and two homers for Mizzou.
- Carleigh Berry was one of the lone bright spots for the Cyclones Wednesday. Berry finished 2-for-2, collecting hits in both pinch hitting opportunities, with a double.
- The Cyclones have homered a school-record 29 time this season, surpassing the previous record of 27 in 2002.
- Three Cyclones are on the verge of reaching 100 career hits. Sophomore Courtney Wray needs just one hit while Kristy Olsen and Alex Johnson are six and five hits shy, respectively.
- The Cyclones are hitting just .221 in the last five games while opponents are hitting .336.
- With her next game, Kristy Olsen will become just the third player in school history to play in 200 career games.
