- ISU (27-27, 3-13 Big 12) wraps up regular season action this weekend with a doubleheader at Kansas (36-17, 6-10 Big 12). This marks the fourth straight season that ISU has ended its regular season against the Jayhawks. Last season, ISU swept KU in Ames.
- The Cyclones are 1-2 on the week, falling to Nebraska 6-4 and splitting a doubleheader at South Dakota State.
- Against the Jackrabbits, Amanda Bradberry went 5-for-8 with a triple. Alex Johnson collected three hits and drove in four runs while Ariel Coburn hit her 10th homer of the season.
- The Cyclones have homered a school-record 33 time this season, surpassing the previous record of 27 in 2002.
- Coburn is just the fourth Cyclone to hit 10 homers in a season.
- The Cyclone sophomore duo of Courtney Wray (105) and Alex Johnson (102) have recorded their 100th career hits this season. Senior Kristy Olsen is just three hits shy of the mark.
- Wray has 57 hits this season, which ties for the fifth-best single season in school history. Her 30 runs scored ranks as the sixth most in ISU’s single-season record books.
