Perhaps it wasn't normal release protocol when BVDV was here.

His facebook is back up now. It says something like the more haters you have, the better you'll be

Thank you Wes Johnson for the great 2 years you gave Iowa State. Wish you could've stayed. Best of luck to you, wherever you end up.
"The one thing I really want to say is to tell the fans thank you for everything," Johnson said. "You rooted for me, you were behind me with my injury, and I really appreciated that."

Oh... people will come Mr. Pollard. People will most definitely come.
No, I don't live in Seattle anymore, I'm back in Des Moines but I don't feel like changing my username.

Well, I guess I chalk that up to natural consequences; Weasley left at the worst possible time and abandoned his teammates, coaches, and fans. God forbid that most of us are a little upset by it and aren't afraid to show it.
If he ends up tearing his knee and has to work at a fast-food joint for the rest of his life, I'll feel a little bad for him, but otherwise he has napalmed his bridges with me.

Is "Candra T" another one of his female alter egos???
"Punk" is the correct term to ascribe to this loser....

Is it more difficult when Wesley left or when Adam Haluska left. Or is it the same feeling? What does the group think? I think Wesley was the tougher of the two losses and siuations and timing. His timing was just poor business approach. Hope he likes it when Thad Motta is riding his buttocks.

Definitely worse with Johnson. I felt like our program was about to take a giant step forward this season before his decision, now it feels like we're guaranteed at least one (likely two) more season of rebuilding. I like McDermott as a coach and fear that the overall fanbase is going to get very restless if the team doesn't perform this upcoming season. McD had us on schedule to have a breakout year.....now, notsomuch.

Someone needs to explain to Wes that having haters is a good thing when they were acquired because you are good. It's not a good thing when you have haters as a result of being a douche bag.

I agree. Wes, if u read this, understand that you don't have haters because of how good you are. You do, however, have haters because of you are a wimp. Have fun in Europe when you're 26. You will never, ever touch a NBA floor.I hope someone took your letter jacket that you used to wear. If you still have it, please send it back to Ames. Loser. Posted via Mobile Device | | |

First off, Wesley will play in the NBA someday, and I bet that if he were to have stayed with ISU you would think he would be in the NBA someday. Secondly, why do people keep on trying to call him out about this, he NOT ONCE called out the fans for anything...and for some reason fans keep calling him out. Although he didn't show class in the way he left, he is showing class to the fans although they keep trying to make him look like a bad guy. This has been going on for weeks so get over him, he's gone and let him move on with his life!

All we ever did was come to his games and support him 100%. This goes with the territory for Wes and while I'm not going to run him down, if some fans want to I undersand why. It's healthy for some people to vent like this.
